Bridget Pallas is a globally recognized Mindfulness Consultant and the founder of The Art of Zen Living and Zen Yoga with Bridget.

Given the dharma name Genzan after training in the rigorous Rinzai lineage under Zen Master Daizan Roshi, Bridget now is a teach of Zen Buddhism, Zen Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness in the south of England.

 Hosting a variety of online courses and a growing mindfulness community, she also hosts retreats worldwide.
