Mindfulness & Yoga Nidra
Start your month off with mindfulness practices that you can incorporate in your daily life, helping you recharge your battery when you need it most. Yoga Nidra is a sleep based guided meditation that allows you to relax deeply and heal the body on the physical, emotional and mental levels, without sleeping! A half hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of sleep and it is in deeply relaxed states we can allow our body to heal as we do in sleep.
Here's what people are saying:
'Yoga Nidra is something I had never heard about and didn't know what to expect. I have suffered from headaches for years and the GP hasn't diagnosed this yet. I've been doing private mindful movement and yoga nidra sessions with Bridget for 2 months. My headaches occur much less often and I no longer suffer with migraines.'
- P., Altman, Fair Oak
'Yoga Nidra is a transformative experience that you have to do to understand. I suffer with anxiety and after having begun caring for my husband who has been diagnosed with dementia, I've struggled to find something for me that is relaxing. Yoga Nidra with mindful movement has helped me to be calmer and I believe the results are long-lasting.

Inversions & Arm Balance Workshops
Want to take your yoga practice to the next level and see what else is possible?!
We will look at fun new ways to go upside down.
We will break down key alignment, play with fun transitions and
variations and flow through some asana sequences designed to
open and strengthen the body for inversions.
We will also look at how to take care of our wrists, and how to get
upside down without stressing the body out, maintaining the calm,
nourishing parasympathetic tone of our nervous system.
Most of the yogis pictured here have been practicing less than a year
so here's to not allowing limiting beliefs get in the way of you doing
amazing things! The lady upside down in grey hadn't tried a headstand in
over 40 years!! It was truly a celebration to see everyone go further than
No experience necessary to join these fun & friendly workshops. What
many people don't realise is that when the body is positioned correctly,
it's much easier to go upside down than you think!
